The SingleTrack Factory Bicycle Service
So your 401K is hurting and your house lost value last year. If you can afford to purchase a new bike because you aren’t buying a new car this year, great. We have new models that are tech advanced and will improve your fun. If you got caught up in a Ponzi scheme, and just need to repair or maintain the trusty steed you already own, The SingleTrack Factory is loaded up with repair stock and upgrades that will allow you to take advantage of new technology, and keep you riding.
The Singletrack Factory offers a full range of bicycle service including suspension overhauls and tuning, disc brake service and rebuilds, and custom wheel building. We also offer tune up and service options for any bike from pro level road, track and mountain bikes to hybrids and commuters. Please call us for more details on what we can do for you.
Tune Ups:
Safety Tune - $50.00
Not all bikes qualify for a safety tune and is to be determined at the sole discretion of the mechanic.
-Bike is checked for basic function/safety
-Minor brake and derailleur adjustments
-Check all nuts and bolts for proper torque
-No cleaning
-No bearing adjustment
Basic Tune - $75.00
-Adjust brakes, front and rear
-Adjust derailleurs, front and rear
-True wheels, front and rear
-Adjust all serviceable bearing surfaces
-Lube chain, cables and derailleurs
-Wipe down bike, chain and wheels
-Check all nuts and bolts for proper torque
Sport Tune - $130.00
-Basic tune
-Full drivetrain cleaning. Remove cranks, chain, cassette and rear derailleur. Clean in solvent, re-lube and re-install.
-Overhaul derailleur pulleys
Expert Tune - $160.00
-Sport Tune
-Hydraulic disc brake bleed OR fork cartridge service
Pro Tune - $200.00

-Hydraulic disc brake bleed and fork cartridge service
Champion Tune - $240.00
5-30 speed mountain or road bikes. Cable actuated brakes, no suspension work.
-Sport tune
-The bike is disassembled, the frame is cleaned and waxed.
-Headset, hubs and bottom bracket are overhauled. Sealed bearings are replaced where applicable.
Champion Tune Plus - $280.00
-Expert Tune
-The bike is disassembled, the frame is cleaned and waxed.
-Headset, hubs and bottom bracket are overhauled. Sealed bearings are replaced where applicable.
Champion Tune Premium - $320.00
-Pro Tune
-The bike is disassembled, the frame is cleaned and waxed.
-Headset, hubs and bottom bracket are overhauled. Sealed bearings are replaced where applicable.
Single speed tune. Fixed gear or coaster - $40.00
Single speed tune with handbrakes - $60.00
Internally geared with coaster brake - $60.00
Internally geared with handbrakes - $65.00
Tandem upcharge - $75.00
Please understand that accurate estimates and troubleshooting are very hard to do over the phone and that coming in is always the best way to get the answers you need. If you simply need an idea of what a specific job will cost you we do have flat rates that we can provide over the phone that are based on our shop hourly rate of $70.00 an hour. Sometimes a job will cost more or less than the flat rate dictates and will be billed accordingly at the discretion of the mechanic.
We do also provide service by appointment if you just can’t be without your ride for many days. We ask that you call us at least 3 business days in advance of your requested appointment day, pay the tuneup price in advance of your appointment (any service parts needed will be paid for at time of pickup), and drop your bike off the evening before your appointment. In the past this has worked very well for racers in training, commuters who use their bike every day, and for those occasional accidental poor planning moments (ie – have a trip to moab, but you spent so much time trying to get things done at work, you completely forgot about the condition of your bike).
In winter thru the end of march, The SingleTrack Factory also offers tune ups and repair on snow equipment.
Snowboard edge sharpen and wax $30 – includes base grind, only the best wax specific to local conditions and weather. All waxes are scraped, corked, and brushed to give you the best performance on the snow.
