The Durance is over one third pound lighter than the original ML7 (the 4 inch travel version) frame and features a custom formed down tube and an integrated shock damper/rear triangle with 5” of travel. This model makes use of a custom formed down tube to provide maximum lateral stiffness – you’ll notice this on twisting high speed descents. By optimizing the down tube shape, weight is minimized and strength is maintained.
